Gold:
Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm with a 1 hour support call acknowlegement and P1-P5 prioritisation

Silver

Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm with a 4 hour support call acknowlegement and P2-P5 prioritisation

Bronze

Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm with an 8 hour support call acknowlegement and P3-P5 prioritisation

Additional top-ups are available to include longer support hours and weekends, please contact us for more details

Call Prioritisation

P1 – 1 hour acknowledgement + 1 hour contact with view to resolve within 4 hours
P2 – 1 hour acknowledgement + 2 hour contact with a view to resolve within 4 hours
P3 – 1 hour acknowledgement + 4 hour contact with a view to resolve within 1 working day
P4 – 1 hour acknowledgement + 1 working day contact with a view to resolve within 2 working days
P5 – 1 hour acknowledgement + 2 working days contact with a view to resolve within 5 working days
